Braxton is now an official first grader. He was able to lead the audience in the school pledge and was a big hit. After the graduation ceremony Braxton was able to leave the school and come home with mom. We can't believe that he's been in school for a year now.

Diamond Diggers
We took Grandma to Crater Diamond State Park. We dug and dug, and were able to keep whatever we found in the 37 acres. Braxton claims that he found quite a few diamonds. Isaiah tried to find the biggest rocks. Isaiah and Braxton were in their element in the dirt. What a fun and tiring day!

Isaiah's finally the big "3" We couldn't wait!

Braxton & Isaiah's Party Weekend
Braxton and Isaiah had a fun slumber party week end. They started right after school and got the tent set up. Dad bought treats and they shared like good buddies. They had so much fun being able to have a little freedom to play and be wild without a whole lot of restrictions. They slept better than they had in quite a while. The next afternoon we went as a family to continue with the party at the local bowling alley.

Christmas Vacation 2008
Christmas 2008 has been great but different being away from our family and friends. We've had fun making new friends in our church, apartment community, and the the Army Fellows program that I'm in. The Christmas Season for us has been great from attentending Christmas parties, holiday shopping, and most of all spending time as a family putting up Christmas decorations, and experiencing our holiday traditions.
The following website you can go to and view and order pictures from Christmas and our recent vacation to San Antonio and Houston Texas: http://picasaweb.google.com/bdjenkins11/Christmas2008#
