Kid's Got Talent!
This past week Isaiah was being his usual loud self with loud stomping on the ground that kept happening over and over and I finally got irritated with him and was ready to let him know how he needed to be a lot quieter and then I saw what he was up to. He has self taught himself to jump rope with a toy snake that his grandma gave to him. We are so amazed with the coordination that he has. He can jump the snake with quite a bit of accuracy. Well done big guy!
Going Toothless
How adorable! Mom has tried to pull the things out like a friend did to his first tooth, but Braxton was in pain after that and wont let mom touch the things again. We've been waiting for these teeth to fall out, but as luck would have it Braxton needed a little peer pressure to get them out. He has a little friend who's dad has pulled out quite a bit of her teeth and talked Braxton into letting her dad pull out the first tooth Friday night. Then by the next morning the other tooth was positioned in the middle of his mouth and wobbling there. He thought about going to his friend's house and asking her dad to pull the other tooth out too, but it took all afternoon to get the courage. We have to say that the tooth fairy has been very busy at our house. We think that she may be getting tired with all of that flying.
We can't stop smiling at his little toothless grin. Isaiah told him today at church that he had vampire teeth in (What a ham).

More Snow!
What another exciting morning for the boys. It snowed overnight again, but this time it was good snowman making snow. The boys had a blast pushing around the big snowballs to make the snowman. Once the snowman was made the boys just wanted to knock it down using their swords and shovels. Now, most of the snow in our yard has melted and the snowman is no longer. Brandon even got in a little fight with the boys which added to the fun.

Brotherly love!
I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family. I have a terrific husband who does the grocery shopping for me and doesn't put up too much fuss with me and my little quirks. I have two amazing little boys who are my pride and joy. They amaze me everyday in what they are capable of. Isaiah has been an angel today and had opened all of my doors for me, and he has helped around the house. Braxton is patient and kind to everyone around him and after school the other day out of the blue he stated "Mom, Heavenly Father created us and the earth that we live on because he loves us so much." Wow, I am truly blessed. And then to top it all off, tonight I heard Braxton and Isaiah talking in the other room and this is what I saw. Braxton reading a story to Isaiah. They stayed in there for about 30 minutes reading books together. I think I'll keep them!

Finally there is School!!!!
Wow! We weren't expecting to have had to wait this long to start to go back to school. We just received a call last night that there will be school today only it will be on a two hour delay. What? Most of the ice melted on Monday and so now we aren't understanding what all of the delay has been. It's nothing like Utah in the preparedness of the ice and plows but there are so many back roads that everyone can take to get to one place that the city can't get to everything. I guess we can just laugh to ourselves that we've been stuck together for four days and I will have to say that the natives are getting restless and so is chief momma.
